Here’s how the CliftonStrengths® process works:
Step 1: Online Assessment
- Receive a unique code via email to complete your CliftonStrengths® Top 5 assessment.
Step 2: Strengths Report
- Complete the 45-minute quiz and access your personalised report.
Step 3: Coaching Session
- Join a 90-minute session with an accredited coach to unpack your talents and learn how to leverage them. Sessions are available online (Zoom or Teams) or in-person in Hobart.
Step 4: Reset Coaching (Optional)
- Want to go deeper? Continue your journey with optional reset coaching.
