START A CONVERSATIONTHE TEAM STRENGTHS PROCESS
Step 1: Online Assessment:
- Each team member receives a unique code to complete the CliftonStrengths® assessment via email.
Step 2: Strengths Report:
- After the assessment (about 40 minutes), members get their Top 5 CliftonStrengths® report.
Step 3: Coaching:
- Individuals in the teams have a 90-minute session with an accredited coach to discuss their unique talents. Sessions can be conducted face-to-face or online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Step 4: Team Strengths Report:
- The Manager or Team Leader is provided with a report detailing the collective and individual team strengths.
Step 5: Facilitated Team Session:
- The team engages in a half-day session with an accredited facilitator to articulate their talents collectively. Each session is tailored to the manager's identified outcomes.
