FROM THE HOST, DANIEL SIH

Here's a hard truth we all know deep down:
Habits are tough to build. And even tougher to sustain.

You've tried to exercise more, eat better, scroll less, or plan your week like a pro. It sounds great in theory, but the constant pressure to do more and be better can leave you tired, stressed, and feeling like you're always falling short.

I remember the moment it dawned on me: the push to optimise everything had become life-sapping rather than life-giving. And when I looked around, I saw so many others caught in the same loop.

That’s when I discovered the Tiny Experiments approach by Anne-Laure Le Cunff. I stopped forcing long-term habits and started experimenting instead – trying small, fresh behaviours sparked by curiosity.

And it made a difference.

Life becomes lighter and more interesting when you experiment your way forward rather than locking yourself into rigid change. Curiosity returns. Progress happens almost by surprise.

True productivity isn’t about chasing outcomes – it’s about trying new things and seeing what unfolds. Let me show you how.
