ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Business Manager / Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations and help drive key projects. You’ll coordinate calendars, streamline systems, wrangle details, and proactively remove friction so the right work gets done.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Love turning moving parts into simple, workable plans
- Communicate clearly and kindly (written and verbal)
- Enjoy improving processes and anticipating needs
- Are comfortable working remotely and independently
Employment: Part-time (16-20 hours per week)
Location: Remote-friendly within Australia, Hobart or Melbourne preferred
