ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to provide high-level support to the Director (Daniel Sih) and our small, purpose-driven team.
You’ll provide essential administrative, sales and marketing support to support the growth and development of a thought-leadership practice - blending client communications, social media / YouTube support, business development, administration, and management of a sales CRM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development: proactively build, manage and grow a qualified leads pipeline, conduct research and outreach to warm and cold leads, pursue speaking opportunities, corporate training contracts, and strategic partnerships, and support Daniel in securing higher-value work
- Marketing Coordination & Content Execution: support marketing initiatives to grow the business, including newsletter preparation and scheduling, blog publishing, YouTube titles, descriptions and thumbnail text, podcast workflows, LinkedIn scheduling and engagement
- Subcontractor Coordination:Â track and coordinate work with subcontractors who provide support with YouTube, podcast, social-media, Facebook advertising and subscription funnels
- General Administration: support the Director and Business Manager with administration and project support as needed to ensure smooth operations and ongoing development of Spacemakers®

- Relational and professional: work openly and honestly with the Director (Daniel Sih), Head of Coaching (Kylie Sih), Business Manager (Rachael Stella), and wider team to foster trust and alignment
- Committed: seeking a long-term working relationship and eager to invest in the ongoing health of the practice
- Digitally fluent: confident across workflow tools (spreadsheets, documents, project platforms) and experienced managing websites and CRMs with support
- Competent using AI tools to improve quality, speed, and creativity
- Flexible and adaptable: responsive to change and calm under pressure
- Commercially aware: comfortable preparing quotes, pitching services, and supporting client relationships
- A great communicator: proactive, professional, and warm
